I work full time in the library at USU and Mike is going to school full time and spends most of his time in the Engineering building and even though our buildings are next to each other we rarely see each other during the day and infrequently during the work week.
The nice treat is we figured out a way to go to the gym together in the afternoons. It is different to have a workout buddy since we have different objectives. Mike mostly lifts, heavy weights and upper body. I alternate upper and lower body but focus a lot of lower and always split my time between cardio and strength training. It is fun to spend time together like we use to.
The best part (healthwise) is we are both super competitive and push each other. That being said last Thursday we totally kicked each others butts and were so sore we could hardly work out the next day.
