Mike's Sprint Triathlon
Mike completed the Cache Valley Classic Triathlon-Sprint Distance which is a 750 meter swim in Hyrum dam, 12 mile bike and 5 K run. Here is Mike's race time: 1:19:39.8. He did an awesome job for his first triathlon in open water. Maybe next year Mike and I can do one together.

Most impressive!!! I always wanted to give a one of these a try in my former running days but I don't swim well so I figured I would never make it out of the water!
awesome job Mike! It is a HUGE difference swimming in open water compared to the pool! It was a huge shock for me!
